PASTES

Carella (300g)

An irresistible blend of naturally sweet carob molasses and stone-ground tahini. This is a popular breakfast spread across the Middle East, but is equally enjoyed as a snack at any part of the day or incorporated into cakes and sweets. Suitable for vegans. No added sugar.

Stoneground Tahini (300g jars)

Our selected sesame seeds are soaked overnight before being lightly toasted and passed through an ancient stone press, resulting in a thick, velvety-smooth, beige-coloured tahini.

Culinary uses: Delicious used raw, in dips and salads, or cooked in sauces and stews

PICKLES AND PRESERVES

Preserved Lemons (330g)

Our traditionally pickled, un-waxed Egyptian lemons are salted in small batches by us to a family recipe. They have a uniquely salty, yet beautifully-perfumed flavour and introduce a sharply fragrant note to many dishes.

Pickled Turnips ( 330g jars)

We source our turnips and beetroots locally before traditionally pickling them in brine with a hint of red chilli. They are vibrantly pink and crunchy.
